At Maison Aphaea, each piece is thoughtfully made and carefully inspected before it reaches you. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

 

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return:

• Items must be unused and in their original condition

• Items must be returned in the original packaging

• Proof of purchase is required

 

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

• Gift cards

• Final sale items

• Custom or personalized products

 

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

 

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

• Your refund will be processed to your original method of payment

• Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your financial institution

 

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, please contact us to arrange the process.
